The purpose of the Type OSE slam-shut device is to
totally and rapidly cut the flow of gas when the inlet
and/or outlet pressure in the system either exceeds or
drops below set points. The Type OSE consist of a valve,
either mechanism box, BM1 or BM2, and either one or two
manometric sensing devices (BMS1 or BMS2).
